We recently completed this full exterior renovation for a residential property in Forest Hill, including a new roof installation, external rendering and exterior painting.
The property was showing signs of age, with tired roof tiles and weathered external walls affecting the overall appearance of the home. Our team carried out a complete transformation, replacing the existing roof covering and refreshing the exterior with new render and a clean painted finish.
The result is a smarter, more modern-looking property with improved protection from the elements and a fresh finish throughout.
The Work Completed
The project involved work across the roof, rear, side and front elevations of the property. Scaffolding was installed to provide safe access before the roofing and exterior renovation work began.
Work included:
- Removal and replacement of the existing roof covering
- Installation of a new tiled roof with matching ridge tiles
- Careful finishing around chimneys, roof edges and adjoining sections
- Preparation of the external walls ready for rendering
- New render applied to the rear and side elevations
- Exterior painting for a clean, consistent finish
- Painting and finishing to the front elevation
- Neat finishing around windows, doors and rainwater pipes
- Scaffolding erected to provide safe access throughout the project
- Full clean-up once the work was completed
The Finished Result
The completed work has completely refreshed the appearance of the property.
The new tiled roof gives the home a clean, well-finished roofline while providing dependable protection against the changing London weather. The newly rendered and painted walls have transformed the exterior, replacing the ageing finish with a smart grey appearance that complements the white windows, doors and existing features of the property.
